The inner wire is a 7x7 composite strand of stainless steel wire, swaged on the surface to create a smooth, high-tensile wire with minimal stretch.
Additionally, a Teflon tube is used inside the spiral wire, resulting in a low coefficient of friction and light, smooth lever operation.
Caution: Avoid installing or routing the cable at sharp angles, as this will not only make the lever operation heavy but also cause the wire to break.
After installation, turn the handlebars fully left and right to ensure that no part of the cable is pinched by the handlebar stopper or frame.
