The inner wire is a 7x7 composite strand of stainless steel wire, swaged on the surface to create a smooth, low-stretch, high-tensile wire.
In addition, a Teflon tube is used inside the spiral wire, resulting in a low coefficient of friction and light, smooth lever operation.
Caution: Installing or routing the cable at sharp angles will not only make lever operation heavy but also cause wire breakage. Please be careful.
After installation, turn the handlebars left and right to check that no part of the cable is pinched by the handlebar stopper or frame.
