The inner wire is made of 7x7 stranded stainless steel wire, swaged on the surface to create a smooth, high-tensile wire with minimal stretch.
In addition, a Teflon tube is used inside the spiral wire, resulting in low friction and light, smooth lever operation.
Caution: Installing or routing the cable at sharp angles can not only make lever operation heavy but also cause wire breakage. Please be careful.
After installation, turn the handlebars left and right to check for any pinching points with the handlebar stoppers or frame.
