The inner wire is made of 7x7 composite stainless steel strands, swaged on the surface to create a smooth, low-stretch, high-tensile wire.
Additionally, a Teflon tube is used inside the spiral wire, resulting in a low coefficient of friction and enabling light and smooth lever operation.
Caution: Avoid installing or routing the cable at sharp angles, as this will not only make the lever operation heavy but also risk wire breakage.
After installation, turn the handlebars all the way left and right to check that there are no parts that are caught or pinched by the handlebar stopper or frame.
