The inner wire is made of 7x7 stranded stainless steel wire, swaged on the surface to create a smooth, low-stretch, high-tensile wire.
Additionally, a Teflon tube is used inside the spiral wire, resulting in a low coefficient of friction and light, smooth lever operation.
Caution: Avoid sharp bends or twists during installation, as this will not only make the lever operation heavy but can also cause wire breakage.
After installation, turn the handlebars all the way left and right to check for any points where the cable might be pinched by the handlebar stopper or frame.
