The inner wire is a 7x7 composite strand of stainless steel wire, swaged on the surface to be a smooth, low-stretch, high-tensile wire.
In addition, a Teflon tube is used inside the spiral wire, resulting in low friction and light, smooth lever operation.
Caution: Mounting or routing that involves sharp bends will not only make the lever operation heavy but also cause wire breakage. Please be careful.
After installation, turn the handlebars left and right to check that no part is caught between the handlebar stopper or frame.
100(70)mm longer Outer length 1165mm *Inject wire oil periodically.
Compatible with: Zephyr 400/χ. Zephyr 750/RS (values in parentheses are for 750)
