The inner wire is made of 7x7 composite strands of stainless steel wire, with a swaging process applied to the surface, resulting in a smooth, low-stretch, high-tensile wire.
In addition, a Teflon tube is used inside the spiral wire, which reduces the friction coefficient and enables light and smooth lever operation.
Caution: Please note that installation or routing that involves sharp bends will not only make the lever operation heavy but also cause wire breakage.
After installation, turn the handlebars left and right to check that there are no parts that are pinched by the handlebar stopper or frame.
