The inner wire is made of 7x7 braided stainless steel strands, swaged on the surface to create a smooth, high-tensile wire with minimal stretch.
Additionally, a Teflon tube is used inside the spiral wire, resulting in low friction and light, smooth lever operation.
Caution: Avoid sharp bends during installation or routing, as this will not only make the lever operation heavy but also cause wire breakage.
After installation, turn the handlebars fully left and right to ensure there are no sections caught on the handlebar stopper or frame.
