The inner wire is a 7x7 composite strand of stainless steel wire, swaged on the surface for a smooth, low-stretch, high-tensile wire.
In addition, a Teflon tube is used inside the spiral wire, resulting in a low friction coefficient and light, smooth lever operation.
Caution: Avoid installing or routing the cable at sharp angles, as this will not only make lever operation heavier but also cause the wire to break.
After installation, turn the handlebars left and right to check that no part is caught between the handlebar stopper or frame.
