It is a topcoat cosmetic type for repairing hot-dip galvanized plating and for use at construction sites where these are handled. If you apply it after a high-concentration zinc-rich type primer, both the rust prevention ability and cosmetic appearance will improve.

【Applications】

Primarily, when "burning" (gray coating) with a dull gray or blackish-gray appearance occurs on the surface during the hot-dip galvanizing process, this product is used to restore the aesthetic appearance of that area by reproducing and repairing the color to match the surrounding plating color.
It is also used as a touch-up for areas where a high-concentration zinc-rich type has been applied to welds and cut edges at construction sites.

Film thickness is an approximate value for a single coat. It varies depending on application speed, distance, etc.
Avoid phthalate-based paints as there is a risk of intercoat delamination.
The application area is calculated based on a film thickness of 30-40 μm. There will be considerable differences depending on the application method.
