・Tough construction with extra-thick nylon and aramid
Uses extra-thick nylon cords for the base and strong, lightweight aramid cords for the belt. By using 0-degree belted aramid cords, it achieves a supple ride while maintaining rigidity. This allows for enjoyable touring.
【Pattern】

・Wide, thick grooves ensure high drainage
The sporty, thick, wide grooves and the consistent negative ratio (groove-to-tread ratio) from the center to the shoulder ensure high drainage performance, even during cornering, similar to straight-line travel. This allows for worry-free riding even in sudden rain. To suppress uneven wear, the front tire features a reverse pattern layout compared to the rear tire.
【Compound】

・Silica-blended compound provides high grip
For the ZR range, the adoption of a silica-blended compound has achieved a top-class temperature rise rate, significantly faster than typical touring radial tires. The stable grip exhibited from the initial run has secured performance that broadly covers everything from touring to winding roads.

・Straightforward handling and stability from a gentle cross-sectional shape
The front tire has a profile with little change in shape from straight-line to full bank. For the rear tire, which experiences greater forces than the front, a large crown R profile focusing on stability was adopted. By making both front and rear profiles gentle, consistent stability is achieved during straight-line travel and cornering. This stability will be welcomed by riders who dislike quick movements during turns.
