・Generally, when pursuing wear resistance, grip tends to decrease, and when pursuing grip, wear resistance tends to be sacrificed. The RMC810 was developed with the aim of achieving a balanced performance in both aspects.

【Structure】

・Robust construction with thick nylon and aramid
It adopts thick nylon cords for the base and strong, lightweight aramid cords for the belt. By using a 0-degree belt structure with aramid cords, it achieves a supple ride comfort while maintaining rigidity. This allows for an enjoyable touring experience.
【Pattern】

・Wide grooves ensure high drainage
The sporty, wide grooves and the consistent negative ratio (groove ratio on the tread surface) from the center to the shoulder ensure the same high drainage performance when cornering as when riding straight. This allows for worry-free riding even in sudden rain. To suppress uneven wear, the front tire adopts a pattern arrangement opposite to that of the rear tire.
【Compound】

・Silica-blended compound provides high grip
For the ZR range, the adoption of a silica-blended compound has achieved a top-class temperature rise rate, significantly faster than typical touring radial tires. The stable grip exhibited from the initial ride covers a wide range of performance, from touring to winding roads.
【Tire Shape】

・Straightforward handling and stability with a gentle cross-sectional shape
The front tire has a profile with minimal shape change from straight riding to full lean. For the rear tire, which experiences greater force than the front, a large crown R profile prioritizing stability is adopted. By having gentle profiles for both front and rear, consistent stability is achieved during straight riding and cornering. This stability will be welcomed by riders who struggle with quick movements during turns.
