■Relay Kit
*When replacing an all-glass sealed beam (SB) with a replaceable bulb headlamp unit (HSSB), please be sure to check if a "light control relay (headlamp relay, lighting relay, etc.)" is installed in the vehicle. (If unsure, please check with your dealer, etc.)
*If a "light control relay (headlamp relay, lighting relay, etc.)" is not installed in the vehicle, please be sure to use a "relay kit". If a "relay kit" is not used on a vehicle without one, there is a risk of abnormal lighting due to increased power consumption, or malfunctions such as burnout due to insufficient capacity in the light circuit (switch, cords, etc.).
*When installing a relay kit on a square or round 4-lamp type, please use it only for Type 1 (high beam only).
*When replacing a square 2-lamp type with HSSB or LED-HL, or when replacing a square 4-lamp type with LED-HL, it is not necessary to install a "relay kit", regardless of whether a "light control relay (headlamp relay, lighting relay, etc.)" is installed.
