【About the Overvoltage Compatible Intermediate Harness】

This is an intermediate harness designed to suppress damage to LED drawing lamps caused by peak voltage from the vehicle body of 48V vehicles (some vehicles).

(1) When raising and lowering the forks of a forklift, the peak voltage may exceed 85V.
(2) When towing parts with a parts transport vehicle, the peak voltage may exceed 85V.

The peak voltage for LED drawing lamps is set at approximately 80V, and voltages exceeding this can cause malfunctions.
If you are installing on a 48V vehicle, please measure the voltage in advance. If the peak voltage exceeds 80V, please purchase the separately available "Overvoltage Compatible Intermediate Harness" for LED drawing lamps and install it when mounting the LED drawing lamp.
If you are installing on a 48V vehicle and cannot determine the peak voltage due to reasons such as "cannot measure voltage," we recommend installing this product.

*This product is a vehicle-mounted lamp for DC12V～48V.
Please check the voltage of the vehicle to be installed and do not use it at voltages other than the specified voltage.
*This product does not comply with safety standards and therefore cannot be used on public roads.
*Also, as it does not meet UN R26 external projection requirements, it cannot be installed on passenger cars with 9 seats or fewer.
(Passenger cars with 10 or more seats, motorcycles [including those with sidecars], mini vehicles with tracks and skids,
towed vehicles, large/small special vehicles are excluded.)
*The harness for wiring the lamp must be a wire (positive wire) with a fuse incorporated.
(1A fuse recommended)
*This product should be mounted on a flat surface.
Mounting on a curved surface may cause the product to be unstable and damage the lamp.
