【About the Overvoltage-Compatible Intermediate Harness】

This intermediate harness suppresses damage to the LED projection lamp caused by peak voltage from the vehicle body in 48V vehicles (some vehicles).

(1) When raising and lowering a forklift's forks, the peak voltage can exceed 85V.
(2) When towing parts with a parts transport vehicle, the peak voltage can exceed 85V.

The peak voltage for the LED projection lamp is set at approximately 80V; exceeding this voltage can cause malfunctions.
If installing on a 48V vehicle, please measure the voltage in advance. If the peak voltage exceeds 80V, please purchase the "Overvoltage-Compatible Intermediate Harness" for LED projection lamps separately and install it when installing the LED projection lamp.
If you cannot determine the peak voltage when installing on a 48V vehicle due to "inability to measure voltage," etc., we recommend installing this product.

Check the voltage of the vehicle to be installed and do not use it with voltages other than specified.
*This product does not comply with safety standards and therefore cannot be used on public roads.
*Also, it does not meet UN R26 external projection requirements, so it cannot be installed on passenger cars with 9 seats or fewer.
(Passenger cars with 10 or more seats, motorcycles [including those with sidecars], light vehicles with caterpillars and skids,
towed vehicles, and large/small special vehicles are exempt.)
*The harness for wiring the lamp must be a wire (positive wire) with a fuse incorporated.
(1A fuse recommended)
*This product should be installed on a flat surface.
Installing it on a curved surface may cause unstable fixing of the product, leading to lamp damage.
