【Features】

・This kit is convenient for installing 1st-3rd generation pulleys & faces on 4th/5th generation Cygnus and 2nd generation BW'S models.
・By installing this product, a pulley locking wrench can be used.
・This set includes a nut with more effective threads and a significantly wider seating surface than the stock nut, and a kick gear (crown).
・Install the stock kick gear (crown), remove the conical washer, and then install this product.
・Tightening with the wide seating surface provides more stable fastening than the stock nut.
・Recommended for vehicles where the stock nut has become loose, or for increased torque due to a big bore kit.
・The stock conical washer becomes unnecessary.
・17mm across flats (same size as stock nut)
・The kick gear uses genuine YAMAHA parts.

*This product is a modified reinforcement part. Please make fine adjustments to match your vehicle.
*For vehicles that use many boss washers or long bosses, be careful of the spline protrusion from the crankshaft.
*Cannot be installed on vehicles where the spline part does not protrude after installing the drive face.
*The genuine tightening torque is 45Nm (4.5kg.m). Do not go below this value.
*If you are using a thin drive face or a short boss, please check that the spline is not protruding from the kick gear (crown).
*If the conical washer is removed with the spline protruding, the face and pulley cannot be secured.
