・With a single clutch, you can change the weight of the shoe part and the set load of the clutch spring.
・By changing the weights, the weight can be adjusted from a maximum of approx. 593g to a minimum of approx. 570g, making it compatible with various specifications. Highly recommended for vehicles with exhaust system modifications.
・You can change the clutch engagement by adjusting the tension of the clutch springs.
・Produced by the reliable KOSO company.
・By removing the clutch outer and turning the screw with the included hex wrench, you can steplessly adjust the spring tension.
・Loosening the adjustment screw allows for easy replacement of the clutch springs.
・Remove the clutch springs, open the shoes outward, and attach/detach the weights.
・This is a KOSO special order, STAGE6 specification.

【Compatibility】

・Yamaha 50/90/100cc series → *Requires a 107mm clutch dedicated outer for installation.
*Vehicles with G-lock cannot use the clutch by replacing the outer.
*For vehicles that replace the outer, it may interfere with the case cover.
If interference occurs, shave the case cover side to resolve the issue.
・AEROX50 can be installed as is. (Normal outer can be used)
・NITRO50 can be installed as is. (Normal outer can be used)

【Manufacturer's Notes】

*When used on Yamaha 50/90/100cc series,
The normal clutch outer cannot be used. A 107mm clutch dedicated outer is required.
*Thread locker is applied to the bolts on the shaft of the shoe. Please be careful when disassembling.
