■Cylinder Stage6 R/T MK1
The ultimate cylinder kit! This is a fully water-cooled special cylinder kit that eliminates the stud bolts, which are the biggest bottleneck in scooter engines, and has optimally shaped ports.
The cylinder itself is divided into two parts, eliminating the stud bolts.
This allows for an exhaust port that is ultimately enlarged with two center-ribbed ports, extremely large first and second scavenging ports, and a third scavenging port that is also divided by ribs into two ports.
Specifications
The cylinder head is also a split type, improving precision.
A base gasket for fine timing adjustment is included, allowing for precise adjustments.
This is truly a racing cylinder kit!
When installing, please use a crankshaft with a standard stroke of 85mm connecting rod specification.
(Recommended part: KN Planning part number SG6-CRANK-12-L)
Since the cylinder skirt diameter is large, please bore the crankcase to 56.7mm.
The exhaust flange is specially designed, so conventional exhausts cannot be used. Please custom fabricate one if needed.
Cooling method: Water-cooled
