The valve's neck section has undergone waist spiral grinding (intake valve neck diameter φ4.0, exhaust φ4.5, stem diameter φ5.5) to reduce intake and exhaust resistance. Furthermore, soft nitriding surface treatment has been applied to enhance surface strength and improve initial break-in.
Torque has been increased by reducing intake resistance, and by flattening the combustion chamber side, higher compression has also been successfully achieved.
In addition, significant weight reduction has reduced vibratory mass.
This allows for powerful acceleration even at high RPMs.
