ULTRA-SE head repair parts designed exclusively for Kitaco ULTRA-SE heads.
Valve diameters (face) are enlarged to φ27.5 on the intake side and φ23.5 on the exhaust side.
By reducing the stem diameter to φ4.0, the weight is reduced, improving high-speed followability, and simultaneously reducing intake and exhaust resistance in the port area, contributing to higher output and higher RPMs.
To compensate for the strength reduction caused by the smaller stem diameter, stellite-based heat-resistant steel is friction-welded to the face, and special heat-resistant steel to the stem.
Furthermore, soft nitriding surface treatment is applied to enhance surface strength and improve initial break-in.
