■The torque cam operates by resisting the force of the clutch center spring and the drive of the drive belt, twisting and expanding in the opposite direction of the belt's rotation.
The larger the belt's friction (larger twist angle), the slower the shifting action from low to high speeds. Conversely, the shifting action from high to low speeds will be faster.
Super torque cams allow you to select a shifting characteristic that matches the tuning level of your vehicle by changing the twist angle and slit shape.
