This clutch kit is designed to fully unleash the performance of high-revving, high-output engines, featuring an aluminum die-cast clutch cover with an integrated oil element, a clutch unit that has been moved to the main shaft side and converted to a 4-disc system, and a high-geared primary reduction ratio.
An affordable ULTRA Drive KIT that includes a 5-speed close-ratio transmission ASSY Type 3 is also available.
The clutch itself is relocated from the normal primary side (crankshaft) to the secondary side (main shaft).
This reduces the load on the crankshaft, contributing to improved response and increased power.
By adopting a reinforced clutch spring and increasing the number of clutch discs to 4, stable power transmission is possible even with increased output.
To accommodate increased output, the primary reduction ratio is set to 3.666. The durable rotation speed of the clutch itself is also improved.
Engine disassembly is required for installation. A cylinder gasket set A suitable for the displacement is also required.
Compatible with Kitaco L-lever & holder SET.
When installing on a Monkey centrifugal clutch vehicle, a gearshift spindle SET is separately required.
When installing on a Monkey 6V vehicle, an optional kick starter spindle SET is separately required.
