This clutch kit is designed to fully unleash the performance of high-revolution, high-output engines, featuring an aluminum die-cast clutch cover with an integrated oil element, a clutch unit with four discs moved to the main shaft side, and a high-geared primary reduction ratio.
An affordable ULTRA Drive Kit is also available, which includes a 5-speed close ratio transmission ASSY Type 3.
The clutch body is moved from the normal primary side (crankshaft) to the secondary side (main shaft).
This reduces the load on the crankshaft, contributing to improved response and increased power.
By adopting a reinforced clutch spring and increasing the number of clutch discs to four, stable power transmission is possible even with increased output.
To accommodate higher output, the primary reduction ratio is set to 3.666. The clutch body's durable rotational speed is also improved.
Engine disassembly is required for installation. A gasket set A for the cylinder part, matching the displacement, is also required.
Compatible with Kitaco L-Lever & Holder Set
The included clutch cable is for Kitaco L-Lever & Holder.
A separate Kitaco L-Lever & Holder is required for installation.
If you wish to install a normal clutch cable, a separately sold receiver for normal clutch cables (307-1123007) is required.
Compatible with vehicles using a CD90 crankcase (*1)
(Not compatible with CD90/Cub 90 engines themselves.) *1) Genuine part number for left crankcase: 11200-GB6-910 (for Cub 90),
11200-198-710 (for CD90) / Genuine part number for right crankcase: 11100-GB6-911
Installation requires genuine bearings, oil seals, shift stopper arm, stopper arm spring, and machining of transmission interference parts associated with the CD90 crankcase (*1).
