The inside of a rotating pulley generates extremely high rotational G-forces and high heat. Weight rollers must operate under these conditions of high heat and high pressure.
Uneven wear and abnormal wear are often caused by melting due to increased friction coefficient from the high heat generated during long-distance driving.
Kitaco's weight rollers are made from engineering plastic, offering excellent heat resistance, rigidity at high temperatures, and wear resistance, making them highly reliable.
Weight rollers are consumable parts. Inspect them every 3000 km, and replace them if there is uneven wear, damage, or other issues.
Driving styles that put a heavy load on the drive system or high levels of tuning will accelerate wear.
Installation notes: The Super Roller Set is marked with the compatible manufacturer, gram weight, and roller size on the side of the rollers.
Rollers have an orientation.
Install the stopper so that it is positioned behind the rotation direction of the pulley.
Installing it in the opposite direction may cause the inner part to come out.
