It also suppresses temperature rise inside the crankcase.
The breather pipe vents to the atmosphere.
To prevent foreign matter from entering the engine, we recommend installing a breather filter at the end of the hose.
The breather pipe assembly facilitates the release of pressure within the crankcase, reduces pumping loss, and suppresses engine temperature rise.
If the breather pipe is left open to the atmosphere, foreign matter may enter the engine, so we recommend using it in conjunction with a breather filter.
