Regarding exhaust gas regulated models from the 2000 model year onwards: For exhaust gas regulated models, which use lean combustion, settings may not be possible, so the installation of power filters, etc., is not recommended.
Regarding F1 vehicles: Do not install power filters, air funnels, etc., directly on F1 vehicles, as this will cause fuel regulation to go awry.
However, this excludes cases where a device capable of fuel regulation (injection controller, KITACO I-MAP) is installed and settings can be made.
If the filter aperture is a few millimeters smaller than the carburetor aperture of the vehicle, it will be a bit tight when fitting, but it can be installed by pushing it in.
If a long rear shock is installed, the filter may interfere with the body.
