The replacement timing for sprockets is very ambiguous, with no clear standards.
One factor to consider is "wear on the tooth tips."
If the tooth tips become pointed, or the belly or sides are worn down, it's time for replacement.
Simultaneous replacement of front and rear sprockets and chain: If you only replace one of the three, the worn parts that haven't been replaced will cause the new parts to fail to perform at their best and shorten their lifespan. Therefore, considering the long run, it is recommended to replace all three simultaneously for better longevity.
