The timing for replacing sprockets is very ambiguous, with no clear criteria.
One factor for judgment is "tooth wear."
When the teeth become pointed, or the belly or sides are worn down, it's time to replace them.
Simultaneous replacement of front and rear sprockets and chain: If you only replace one of the three parts, the unreplaced worn parts will cause the new parts to underperform and reduce their lifespan, leading to earlier replacement. Therefore, replacing all three simultaneously is recommended for long-term durability.
