The timing for replacing a sprocket is very ambiguous, with no clear standards.
One factor to consider is "tooth wear."
When the teeth become pointed, or the belly or sides are worn down, it's time to replace it.
Simultaneous replacement of front and rear sprockets and chain: If you only replace one of these three parts, the worn, unreplaced parts will prevent the new parts from achieving their original performance and durability, thus shortening their lifespan. Therefore, for long-term benefits, it is recommended to replace all three simultaneously, as this will ultimately lead to greater longevity.
