These brake pads are manufactured by SBS, a company headquartered in Denmark, Northern Europe.

It also blocks out moisture, suppressing corrosion of the backing plate.
Steel backing plate: Formed with a pressure of 22 tons, and bonded in a furnace at 900 degrees for 3 hours.
