Brake Lining Material: Special "Ultrasonic UCT" technology is effectively utilized to blend various materials in a balanced way.
Fiber Ceramic: By sandwiching fiber ceramic between the steel backing plate and the lining material, heat transfer is suppressed, boasting excellent fade resistance.
Since it blocks out moisture, it also suppresses corrosion of the backing plate.
Steel Backing Plate: Formed with 22 tons of pressure, the backing plate is pressed together by heating it at 900 degrees in a furnace for 3 hours.
