These brake pads are made by SBS, a company headquartered in Denmark, Northern Europe.

It also shuts out moisture, suppressing corrosion of the backplate.
Steel backplate: Formed under 22 tons of pressure, the backplate is pressed in a furnace at 900 degrees for 3 hours.
