These brake pads are manufactured by SBS, a company headquartered in Denmark, Northern Europe.

It also seals out moisture, preventing corrosion of the backplate.
Steel backplate: Formed under 22 tons of pressure, then compressed in a furnace at 900 degrees for 3 hours to bond the backplate.
