Fiber Ceramic: By sandwiching fiber ceramic between the steel backplate and the lining material, heat transfer is suppressed, boasting excellent fade resistance.
It also shuts out moisture, suppressing corrosion of the backplate.
Steel Backplate: Formed under 22 tons of pressure, and subjected to 900 degrees Celsius for 3 hours in a furnace to bond the backplate.
