These are brake pads manufactured by SBS, a company headquartered in Denmark.
SBS boasts the world's No. 1 market share in brake pads, engaged in a wide range of activities including direct sales, OEM supply for motorcycles and automobiles, and research, development, and sales through support for racing and other events. SBS brake pads feature a three-layer structure to achieve stable, top-level performance even under harsh conditions.
Brake Lining Material: Special "Ultrasonic UCT" technology is effectively utilized to blend various materials in a balanced manner.
Fiber Ceramic: By sandwiching fiber ceramic between the steel back plate and the lining material, heat transfer is suppressed, boasting excellent fade resistance.
It also shuts out moisture, preventing corrosion of the back plate.
Steel Back Plate: Formed under 22 tons of pressure, the back plate is pressed in a furnace at 900 degrees Celsius for 3 hours.
