Originally a race part used in road racing, it was developed to reduce the burden on the engine caused by severe falls during circuit riding. When commercializing it, Moriwaki thoroughly reviewed the materials, shapes, and strength of each part to further improve its reliability. Taking the pad materials and shapes as an example, it has evolved through repeated improvements over many years. In order to minimize catastrophic damage to the engine case, it has gained overwhelming support for touring and street use, and its lineup is becoming more extensive. The high cost performance due to corporate efforts is also an attractive feature of this product. Even though it is small, its effect is tremendous.
- Installation is easy, simply by tightening it together with the engine mount bolts. (Excluding some models/Be sure to properly manage the tightening torque.)
- This product requires drilling holes in the cowl. (A template is included. This template is only a guideline, so ultimately, determine the hole positions according to the vehicle body.)
