■Product Description
The "Skid Pad" is an engine case protector that reduces damage to the engine in the event of a fall.
Originally a race part used in road racing, it was developed to alleviate even a little of the burden on the engine from severe falls during circuit riding.
When Moriwaki commercialized it, we thoroughly reviewed the materials, shape, and strength of each part to further improve reliability.
Even taking the material and shape of the pad as an example, it has evolved through repeated improvements over many years.
To minimize critical damage to the engine case, it has gained overwhelming support for touring and street use, and the lineup is becoming increasingly extensive.
High cost performance through corporate efforts is also an appeal of this product.
Though small, its effect is tremendous.
Installation is simple, just by co-fastening with the engine mount bolts (excluding some models).
