■Product Description
This 4-into-4 exhaust system transforms the Zephyr 1100, which reigned as a representative big naked bike of the 1990s, into an even more majestic presence.
From the center to the end pipes (silencer section), the structure faithfully replicates that of the unnumbered 4-into-4 exhaust for Z1/Z2.
The internal separator of the silencer eliminates MIG welding and uses spot welding, the inner silencer features vertical pins, and the welding between the exhaust pipe and silencer has a silver powder finish, identical to early Z1 models.
The exhaust pipes are custom-designed.
Enjoy a unique taste that differs from the standard 2-into-2 exhaust.
Installation requires the use of genuine Zephyr 1100 collar and flange.
★Characteristics of the Front Pipes★
While the rear tail section of the ZEPHYR 1100 4-into-4 exhaust uses the same tail as the Z1/Z2 4-into-4 exhaust, the front pipes are specifically designed for each vehicle and feature a single-wall structure, unlike the double-wall structure of the Z1/Z2.
Consequently, the front pipes are more prone to yellowing and discoloration compared to the Z1/Z2.

*Due to the above characteristics, yellowing and discoloration of the front pipes will not be considered a defect. Please note that there is no exchange warranty.
*Removal and installation of the exhaust must be performed by a professional shop (certified repair facility).
*In recent years, end-users attempting to install exhausts themselves have either failed to install them correctly or have not realized that parts near the exhaust have been replaced with aftermarket parts, leading to cases where the exhaust cannot be installed.
*Without the proper environment and tools, there is a high possibility of injury or damage to other parts.
