■Product Description
A fender eliminator kit that streamlines the tail section with a short license plate holder.
The bracket is made of lightweight aluminum, and the license plate holder is made of sturdy steel.
Includes a CNC machined blanking plate that allows reuse of the original license plate light.
Depending on the model year, there may be extra bolts for the license plate light.
Please note that instructions are not included.
Installation Procedure
1. Combine the upper and lower parts of the Motone Fender Eliminator Kit using 2 M5 bolts and washers each. *The bracket part goes on top.
2. Remove the seat.
3. Remove the four rear bolts that secure the rear fender.
4. Remove the single bolt on the underside of the fender and remove the license plate holder ASSY.
5. Remove the rear bracket license plate holder (resin part) of the license plate holder ASSY. *The steel bracket is reused.
6. At this time, also remove the license plate light and transfer it to the Motone Fender Eliminator Kit using the included blanking plate.
7. Attach the Motone Fender Eliminator Kit to the genuine steel bracket using the included M5 bolts and nuts, and M6 bolts and washers.
8. Install the fender eliminator kit ASSY back onto the vehicle in reverse order, and transfer the license plate and reflector.
