Points to consider when choosing a racing plug
Determine the screw size, plug type, and shape from the part number of your genuine plug or the plug you are currently using, and then select the corresponding type.

The heat rating needs to be selected to maintain the plug's ignition tip temperature within the optimal range, taking into account the increase in combustion temperature due to engine output improvements and operating conditions.
Simply increasing the heat rating alone will not improve engine performance.
Typically, #7 to #8 are used for general street driving, #8 to #9 for track day specifications, and #9 to #10 for race specifications.
Due to improvements in ignition system performance, there is now little difference whether a plug has a resistor or not.
Resistor types are expected to become the mainstream in the future.
Conversely, non-resistor types may cause engine problems in some models of some vehicle types.
