Points to consider when choosing racing plugs
Determine the thread size, plug type, and shape from your genuine plug or the plug you are currently using, and then select the corresponding type.

The heat rating needs to be selected to maintain the plug's firing end temperature within the optimal range, taking into account the increased combustion temperature due to engine output improvement and operating conditions.
Simply increasing the heat rating alone will not improve engine performance.
For mainly street use, numbers 7 to 8 are generally used; for track days, 8 to 9; and for racing, 9 to 10.
The presence or absence of a resistor in the plug makes almost no difference nowadays due to improvements in ignition system performance.
Resistor type plugs are becoming the mainstream.
Conversely, non-resistor types may cause engine problems in some models of some vehicle types.
