Racing plugs recommended for two-wheelers and four-wheelers come in various types designed to further improve performance when used in races, circuit driving, or with engines tuned for increased output.
Consequently, their shape differs from the manufacturer's standard plugs, and plug life and low-speed performance may be slightly compromised.
However, they are developed and designed to fully demonstrate their performance and withstand even extremely tuned engines and very severe operating conditions, with a wide range of heat ratings.

Points to note when choosing racing plugs
Determine the thread size, plug type, and shape from the part number of your genuine plug or the plug currently in use, and select the corresponding type.
Refer to the manufacturer's website for guidance on choosing the ignition end shape.
The heat rating needs to be selected considering the increased combustion temperature due to improved engine output and operating conditions, in order to maintain the ignition end temperature of the plug within the optimal range.
Simply increasing the heat rating alone will not improve engine performance.
Generally, heat ratings 7-8 are used for street driving, 8-9 for track day specifications, and 9-10 for race specifications.
Regarding the presence or absence of a resistor in the plug, there is almost no difference recently due to advancements in ignition system performance.
In the future, resistor-type plugs will become mainstream.
Conversely, non-resistor type plugs may cause engine trouble in some models of certain vehicles.
In such cases, please be sure to use a resistor-type plug.
