What is an EL meter?
It is a sheet-like material that applies E.L (electroluminescence) display, which is a substance that emits light when voltage is applied, to a meter.
Since E.L sheets can be made ultra-thin (approx. 0.2mm), they are panelized for automobiles and motorcycles, then pasted onto normal meters, and electrically illuminated.
EL meters provide high brightness at low voltage, and since they emit light over a surface rather than a single point, the entire panel illuminates evenly and uniformly.
The vivid illumination, especially at night, will make night touring more enjoyable.

EL meters are sensitive to UV rays, so after installation, avoid exposing them to direct sunlight.
Exposure to UV rays can cause discoloration and deformation of the surface, as well as affect its lifespan.
