What is an EL meter?
It is a sheet made by applying E.L (electroluminescence) display, a substance that emits light when voltage is applied, to a meter.
Since E.L sheets can be ultra-thin (approx. 0.2mm), they are panelized for cars and motorcycles, attached over the normal meter, and emit light electrically.
EL meters achieve high brightness at low voltage, and since they emit light as a surface rather than a point, the entire panel emits light uniformly and evenly.
The vivid illumination, especially at night, will make night touring more enjoyable.
