What is an EL meter?
It is a sheet-like material that applies E.L (electroluminescence) display, a substance that emits light when voltage is applied, to meters.
E.L sheets can be made ultra-thin (approx. 0.2mm), so they are paneled for automobiles and motorcycles and then affixed to the normal meter to emit light electrically.
EL meters achieve high brightness with low voltage, and since they emit light as a surface rather than a point, the entire panel emits light uniformly and evenly.
In particular, the vivid illumination at night will make night touring more enjoyable.
