What is an EL Meter?
It is a sheet that applies E.L (Electro-Luminescence) display, a substance that emits light when voltage is applied, to meters.
Because E.L sheets can be ultra-thin (approx. 0.2mm), they are paneled for automobiles and motorcycles, then attached over normal meters to emit light electrically.
EL meters achieve high brightness at low voltage, and since they illuminate as a surface rather than points, the entire panel emits light uniformly and without unevenness.
