What is an EL meter?
It is a sheet-like material that applies E.L. (Electro-Luminescence) display, a substance that emits light when voltage is applied, to meters.
Because E.L. sheets can be ultra-thin (approx. 0.2mm), they are paneled for cars and motorcycles, attached to the normal meter, and emit light electrically.
EL meters achieve high brightness with low voltage, and since they emit light from a surface rather than points, the entire panel illuminates evenly and uniformly.
The vivid illumination at night, in particular, will make night touring more enjoyable.
