What is an EL meter?
It is a sheet-like material that applies E.L. (electroluminescence) display, a substance that emits light when voltage is applied, to a meter.
Because E.L. sheets can be ultra-thin (approx. 0.2mm), they are panelized for cars and motorcycles and pasted over normal meters to emit light electrically.
EL meters achieve high brightness at low voltage, and since they emit light from a surface rather than a point, the entire panel emits light evenly and uniformly.
The vivid illumination, especially at night, will surely make night touring more enjoyable.
