What is an EL meter?
It is a sheet of E.L. (electroluminescence) display, a substance that emits light when voltage is applied, applied to a meter.
Because E.L. sheets can be extremely thin (about 0.2mm), they are paneled for cars and motorcycles, pasted over the normal meter, and emit light electrically.
