What is an EL meter?
It is a sheet-like material that applies E.L (electroluminescence) display, a substance that emits light when voltage is applied, to meters.
Because E.L sheets can be made ultra-thin (approx. 0.2mm), they are paneled for automobiles and motorcycles and then attached over the normal meter to emit light electrically.
EL meters achieve high brightness at low voltage, and since they illuminate as a surface rather than individual points, the entire panel emits light evenly and uniformly.
